FEE SCHEDULE
    (There is a $3,500.00 non-refundable retainer due at the commencement of all work.)  

STANDARD REVIEW	$5,000.00 (exclusive of expenses) assuming it can be completed in 10 hours or less, verbal report.
EXTENSIVE REVIEW	$500.00 each additional hour.
CONFERENCES AND REPORTS	$500.00/hr.
DATABASE RETRIEVAL	LEXIS-NEXIS, PTO SEARCHES, MEDLINE LITERATURE SURVEYS with 20% surcharge.
MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES	Long distance telephone, travel, meal and lodging for site visits as incurred.
